Elija Ziem<\/a> won the U20 German Championships on the 800 meters track<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I sit here thinking about Elija, still rejoicing over his title win in Ulm, he has long since hurried off to prepare for the World Championships in Columbia, Florida.
Unfortunately, I was only able to watch his dreamlike start-finish victory in the livestream, as I was already on my way to a business trip to the Middle East myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s kind of sad how quickly successes become a thing of the past and we have to rush seamlessly into the future so that success stays with us. For an athlete, it is inevitable to look ahead after a short period of intense joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What a stride, the victory shows in the mind and the legs<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Elija and I have known each other for almost a year now. He has grown very close to my heart during this time and not only because he understood so well how to integrate BIESTMILCH into his training and everyday life. He is a simply wonderful person. We are both convinced that especially the BIEST BOOSTER is a real competitive advantage<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now I am so behind that the competition in Colombia has already started, very annoying. So I can only see this text more as the introduction for the U20 World Championship. I publish this one anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now to Elija in the original<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ulm is behind me, now Cali in Colombia is calling.
Last weekend I was able to qualify for the U20 World Championships in Athletics in Colombia by winning the 800 meters on the track. I was entered as ninth and therefore as an outsider. I had to run under 1:50 and finish top 2 to get my ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I won out front with a time of 1:49:22.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I gave up a tremendous amount the last three weeks and pushed myself daily in training because I always felt and knew I had what it took to qualify, the goal always in mind.
Once again proof that a competition is ultimately decided in the mind.
My whole family was in the stadium\u2026 this motivates me, gives me peace and security and also drives me on.
I took the BIESTMILCH BIEST BOOSTER<\/a> again 20 minutes before the start and look there and be amazed \ud83d\ude09 what happened. It was the fastest race of my life. Now I can represent Germany in two weeks at the World Championships in Colombia. Before that, however, I’m already jumping on the plane to Florida on Friday, where the PreCamp will take place.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you can see how I am lagging behind with my writing. My speed is far from a competitive pace at the moment, unfortunately. Camp is long over and today is the first day of competition in Cali.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Back to Elija and the emotions after the victory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I myself have to let all this sink in first and will probably only really understand on Friday in the plane what I have achieved on Sunday. I’m glad to have turned a difficult and bumpy start to the season into my most successful season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the way, I was able to take revenge on all the opponents who beat me in the hall and thus showed that you can also win fairly.
