Oligofructose is a soluble prebiotic fibre and is used in a variety of applications for the production of sugar-reduced and fibre-enriched products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oligofructose is obtained from beet sugar using a unique enzymatic process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
