Siri is currently probably the coach with the most top female triathletes in her squad. The Biestmilch crew met her in Roth, 2014. Longtime female triathlon was seen more as an amateur sport that has definitely changed during the last few years. But why?<br \/> Siri is convinced that one of the reasons was <a title=\"Chrissie Wellington on Facebook\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/chrissie.wellington?fref=ts\">Chrissie Wellington<\/a>. With her absolute dedication to what she does she inspired the ladies\u2019 sport. Even though there are quite some people around that see her under suspicion. They say that they lose a lot of their competitiveness only due to the fact that they are struggling with the unfair conditions for the ladies\u2019 pro field.\u00a0<br \/> But please, listen to what they have to say. It seems that the individual prefers to stress that he or she is hard working but not talented. Maybe it is in somehow an excuse, if you are not reaching the very top, it is not your fault. Talent is given, this is what our Western society thinks. Nobody knows whether this is correct.<br \/> Listen what the ladies have to say.
