Both <a title=\"Yvonne on Facebook\" href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/YvonnevanVlerken.The.flying.blonde.Dutchgirl\">Yvonne<\/a> and <a title=\"Ronnie Schildknecht\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ronnieschildknecht.ch\">Ronnie<\/a> have been in a good mood and had a really nice time training together. It doesn&#8217;t happen that often in triathlon&#8217;s pro business that a boy and a girl train in such harmony.<br \/>I guess they had no clue that the upcoming race day wouldn&#8217;t be their day. Maybe they had but they would not have been able to see the signs on the horizon. Only afterwards you know better.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WHEGlgYQH0w\" height=\"360\" width=\"640\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Watching Ronnie Schildknecht and Yvonne van Vlerken training together in Kona is very inspiring, especially now when you have to train at minus 10\u00b0C and more, because you can&#8217;t leave for warmer areas in Europe or elsewhere &#8230; enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>Both of them are confident today and will be back in Kona 2012<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kona 2011It was a few days before the race when we accompanied the two on the highway and in the Energy Lab.
