At Kona we usually rent a house that allows us to have guests. This year we have been extremely lucky by finding a little paradise at Holualoa, the village located right above Kailua-Kona at an altitude of ca. 600m. The days here are not as hot as down at waterfront, the evenings are cool and the nights’ sleep is really refreshing. The vegetation is breath-taking. We collect fruits from our morning runs every day. So no shopping of avocados, mangos, guaves or passion fruits required \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Two days ago we had Sebi<\/a> and Ronnie<\/a> as our guest accompanied by Juliano Teruel<\/a>, and Lubos Bilek<\/a>, two coaches of a rare species. Kjell<\/a>, our marvelous cook, is always guaranteeing that the food is top level, healthy and in the same time filling the bellies of the hungry athletes. As all the athletes are spread all over the globe, we are happy to meet up with everybody in the relaxing privacy of our house. Herwig<\/a> shot extraordinary photos of this evening. They show the outstanding personalities of “my” boys<\/a>.<\/p>\n
