It became a routine for me to make a run to the the Golden Gate Bridge. This time it was so wonderful, the weather so warm, the air so soft, no fog covering the bay. Ahead of us lies a tough time, in 2 weeks time the Ironman world championship will take place in Kona, Hawaii.
