This is quite a routine for transition phases. This is what many of us do right now. I think the video we show here from our stay in Kona this year suits the occasion.<!--more--><br \/> For us at <a title=\"Biest Booster for race nutrition\" href=\"http:\/\/biestmilch.com\/books\/book-of-biestmilch\/biest-booster-for-race-nutrition\/\">Biestmilch<\/a> one of the climaxes of the years are definitely the IRONMAN world championships in Kona. This was the case this year too. An incredible successful event for us, with <a title=\"Rachel Joyce\" href=\"http:\/\/www.racheljoyce.org\">Rachel Joyce<\/a> finishing second, <a title=\"Yvonne van Vlerken\" href=\"http:\/\/www.yvonnevanvlerken.org\">Yvonne van Vlerken<\/a> 4th and our prince of triathlon, <a title=\"Sebastian Kienle\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sebastiankienle.de\">Sebastian Kienle<\/a>, crossing the line in 3rd place. Our team has been boisterous and cheerful.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Herwig labostella Steiner\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/herwig.steiner?fref=ts\">Herwig<\/a>, our Jack of all trades with video and photo cameras, shot footage that is not exactly in line with the streamline \ud83d\ude09 &#8230; Therefore the title is 2nd row observations.
