Every Thursday before this big event in Frankfurt, Germany, Sailfish organizes a swim training for age groupers by the lake. When I went there with Chris round about 180 people have been there to take the chance and gain more confidence in their swimming abilities. Swimming is for most of the European triathletes the weakest discipline and therefore possibilities like this are very welcome. And definitely there couldn’t be a better one than Jan Sibbersen to give them hints. Jan Sibbersen holds several swimming records on the Ironman swimming distance and has been the fastest swimmer on the swim course in Kona for several times. In 2004 he broke the world record in Frankfurt with a time of 42:17min on 3.8K
Chris and I were invited by Jan. He is also owner of Sailfish wetsuits.

good impressions,susann!
