Everybody calls it colostrum, we call it biestmilch. Because we are special and so is biestmilch. It is the old German expression for an enigmatic wonderful substance.
I need to tell you that biestmilch is the most awesome “creature” I met during my whole life of medical socialisation. As far as I know there is not a biological designer drug, e. g. monoclonal antibodies, cytokines, that can beat biestmilch.
