Without intentions: two fluffy commercials

It is early morning, around 6:00, still dark, the time change from summer to winter time and the jet lag are still in my bones.

… because I just came back from San Francisco and I like it in somehow.

… because I just like it.

  1. Dear Susann!
I love the little films! They remind me on my Ironman race. My race went in one direction like all the little balls, but each of them had a different color and different way. But all went to the bottom of the road my finishline. And the had challenges to fly over, like I had with my 2 flats, but the never stop, they just move on!
I did so to, but I wasn´t free like the gummy-balls I had a hard time to fight the little man in my had, who ask me: “why do you hurt yourself, after two flats there is no way to hit your goals anymore?”! Well that was true, but: >> All things come to those who go after them. << [R. Estes] so I keped going! My run was OK, but the missing power for a Sub 3h on the run, I had left on the bikecourse waiting for the tech-car (10min, because I´m not one of the racefavourites, so we have to wait!). But for me I know that my performance was OK. My shape had been the best ever and I keep doing, what I do right now. Improving my performance in Ironman and my personality! Thanks Biestmilch and Susann for the support! See you and talk to you soon the Biest Kjell http://ironhamburger.blogspot.com/

  2. Hi, Kjell,
good to hear from you must have been a very difficult race for you. You really got an amazing strong will! It is a pity that I didn’t see you anymore. I only saw you in front of Lava Java after the award party, but the street was so busy, and, I had Emma in the car, Chris’ wife who felt sick, so I couldn’t stop. When will you travel to New York for the marathon. Looking forward to reading from you out of New York!
