Kjell is currently training for IRONMAN Malaysia in Malaysia. While riding the bike he obviously got attacked by bouts of tremendous hunger that made him reflect about food and food intake, about calories and how to consume them oeconomically – fast and efficacious ;-). Moreover, he sent us some shots of foods from Malaysia standing for different lifestyle. Seems so, that Starbucks is being inferior in position to cigarettes! Does this sound strange?
