We are one week out from the Ironman World Championships on Hawaii and the preparation have gone more than well! We had a great time with our Biest Athletes at Jamba Juice, the Pier, swimming, running and cycling. Starting on Monday you can enjoy our usual promotion as follows.

During race week we shall be by the pier every day form Monday until Thursday 7:00 to 10:00 am
You can meet us there like last year. We have swim cap – tattoo days Monday through Wednesday and we have a tee-day on Thursday.
During our whole stay we shall upload video clips from our activities around Kona and keep you posted about our biest athletes Chris “MACCA” McCormack, Ronnie Schildknecht, Yvonne van Vlerken and Nicole Leder on our various online platforms.

Susann

Susann is the biest prototype and head of the team. She is Austrian, has studied medicine, meaning she is a medical doctor and the Biesters' alpha wolf. Susann continuously produces new ideas, is strong in making concepts and is practically always ON FIRE. Without her BIESTMILCH wouldn't be where and what it is today, and anyway - not possible.
