  1. Hey Kjell
I have a similar experience in training with the Booster. This winter I used Biestmilch on my longer up to 3h rides and took 3-4 Biestmilch chews and a Booster on the ride with me. During the ride I took the Booster after the first hour and then every half hour a chew.
Other than Biestmlich I only had water with me and felt fine all the way with no feeling of hunger or power deficit. It was only an easy ride but usually a 3h hour easy ride in 5 degrees equals a 4h ride in warm conditions and takes a lot out of you.
It worked out great and I be will going to try it on some harder long rides this season aswell.

  2. Hi Kjell,
hast du da keine Probleme mit der Atmung bekommen? Mit so einem ganzen Booster im Mund.
Die Idee ist super…und wurde ja auch schon mal von der Nahrungserg

  3. Hi Kjell,
i always take a booster about 30min before the start. And have one with me on the bike. That one i take after the half way is done. Never had any problems to chew it. In the transition bag to the run will be another Booster just to make sure that i have something left if i feel week or tired. Usually two Boosters are enough for me on a long distance triathlon race.
But you have to try it in training as Ronnie said.

  4. Hi Kjell,
very interesting to let dissolve the Booster in the mouth during the run! I never tried that until this morning on my 2h long run and it worked very well! Going to a relatively slow pace I could also chew it, but I wanted to do it your way. Now I want to try this also on a faster pace…

  5. for me the booster is important in training camp, i do the first session bevore the breakfast. And for me it’s allways hard to move out of the bed, the booster helps. I wil try the recipe an will report… I never mix it with other foods bevor but sounds like a good idea

  6. I have recently started using Biestmilch products but only during training, I have not raced with them. Do you found the boosters cause nausea or indeed vomiting when pushing things? Only it has a strange aftertaste?
