Oriental Rhapsody, 1-3

The Orient has been fascinating for us ever since. Our ancestors have been traveling East under great danger to bring back the most precious goods to Europe. A vibrant commercial exchange started has never stopped overshadowed by lots of violence until today. After the dark period of colonialism independent countries appeared on the map of Arabia that with the traditions and habits remained mostly strange to us.
When the oil was discovered on the Arabic peninsula small unimportant desert states became catapulted into the focus of world politics. They developed into the most spectacular places one can imagine and attract people from all over the world. In the Arabic Emirates you can se what money makes possible, and what money is able to destroy.[jwplayer playlistid=”5429″]
The 3 videos have been shot in March 2013 around the Abu Dhabi triathlon, a event that is still not rooted in this country. It appears like an alien creature scratching the surface but not reaching the heart of the local people. We have been accompanying our Biest athletes Chris McCormack, Andi Boecherer and last but not least Yvonne van Vlerken.

Susann

Susann

Susann is the biest prototype and head of the team. She is Austrian, has studied medicine, meaning she is a medical doctor and the Biesters' alpha wolf. Susann continuously produces new ideas, is strong in making concepts and is practically always ON FIRE. Without her BIESTMILCH wouldn't be where and what it is today, and anyway - not possible.
