During the photo shooting with our guys on the Lava fields we made short interviews with Rachel Joyce, Chris McCormack, Sebastian Kienle, Ronnie Schildknecht and Andi Boecherer. Herewith we launch our new format “the race in 60 seconds“. We start out with Chris.
As always Chris has a lot to say. Everybody can learn him. He is never looking for excuses always looking for answers. This makes him an extraordinary athlete compared to so many others. For this we and others love him. Listen to Chris and you feel inspired, even if he could not perform on Saturday.
2nd in the row is Sebastian. He deserves this place after an outstanding season. Then there is Rachel, new on the team, but a perfect fit. She had a conspicuous racing season as well. Only in Kona after a chest infection during race week she couldn’t perform as she expected from herself. The same applies to Ronnie and Andi, both being unfortunate, Andi struggling a little more than Ronnie. But all of them are looking forward already again and will be be back next year.
