How does daytime influence your performance?

My blog post below is dealing with the subject of chronobiology and biorhythm. Usually, people differ in the times when they perform best during a daytime. While science has big difficulties to collect the data and prove this, experience indicates clearly that the human mind and body follow a circadian rhythm with ups and downs.

What is your experience like? Are you an early bird? Do you find it hard that triathlon races start that early? Among those who send us their personal opinion and experiences we shall draw 25 winners. They receive a Biestmilch T-shirt, a MACCA calender and a booster to prolong their daytime 😉 .
Deadline: January 26, 2011

Survey is closed. Those who won will be contacted next week.

Susann

Susann

Susann is the biest prototype and head of the team. She is Austrian, has studied medicine, meaning she is a medical doctor and the Biesters' alpha wolf. Susann continuously produces new ideas, is strong in making concepts and is practically always ON FIRE. Without her BIESTMILCH wouldn't be where and what it is today, and anyway - not possible.
