A short remark referring to stress

Since I started blogging 5 days passed by. The nightmares I had before disappeared and I feel quite comfortable with my new job. I hope this remains like this. Stress became less, at least at this frontline of my work. I am lucky because my stress system has a fantastic capacity. This is not the case for many other people.

I found the following quote in the British Journal of Medicine:

A 30-year-old woman, recently divorced, presents with daily episodes of chest pain, shortness of breath, sweating, and palpitations. She feels very anxious when these episodes occur and worries that she may be having a heart attack. She reports increasing avoidance of social activities, moodiness, poor sleep, and a low level of energy. She takes no medications and reports no drug or alcohol.

Unfortunately, this is case report reflects very common problems among all of us. On average, the diagnostic outcome is poor because dysregulation phenomena cannot easily be measured by laboratory testing or other diagnostic means. Many times the underlying cause of this kind of discomfort is a frail stress system.

In my work, I talk to people complaining about similar symptoms every other day. And rarely they have a good choice to escape from the lives which might be the only cure in many cases. Since I am working and gaining more experience with biestmilch it is amazing to see how powerful biestmilch works in cases like this. People feel more lively, more stable, more energetic already after a short time (10 days) of taking biestmilch, even, if they suffer chronic fatigue.

Stress is very basic biological phenomenon that allows us to live and to survive. Any kind of influence endangering the equilibrium of our body enhances the activity of our stress system.
Our body needs myriads of controll processes to maintain its integrity, otherwise it would dissolve, or let’s say merge with the environment.

Susann

Susann is the biest prototype and head of the team. She is Austrian, has studied medicine, meaning she is a medical doctor and the Biesters' alpha wolf. Susann continuously produces new ideas, is strong in making concepts and is practically always ON FIRE. Without her BIESTMILCH wouldn't be where and what it is today, and anyway - not possible.
