Talking with Yvonne van Vlerken after the Ironman Hawaii race 2009

Talking with Yvonne van Vlerken after the Ironman Hawaii race 2009

Our beloved Biest athlete Yvonne was very unlucky in this race. Her bike had a defect, so she was unable to use all the gears. As an excellent cyclist she finished the bike course, but on the run her legs were sore and heavy from the beginning. After 5K she quit the race, a difficult decision for an athlete who had worked so hard for this special event. In this talk she expresses her emotions, the ups and downs she had experienced during this Ironman world championship ’09 and after. She learned a lot, she says, and she is already looking forward to 2010, and that’ s good.

Susann

Susann is the biest prototype and head of the team. She is Austrian, has studied medicine, meaning she is a medical doctor and the Biesters' alpha wolf. Susann continuously produces new ideas, is strong in making concepts and is practically always ON FIRE. Without her BIESTMILCH wouldn't be where and what it is today, and anyway - not possible.
