This is our last video clip from Kitzbühel, ITU world series. It shows MACCA strolling through places, crowds, hotel lobbies, restaurants, and through the race itself until he quit.
He was flat, not fit for these extraordinary hard conditions.
It was damn cold and it was pouring. When I traveled back home by train in the evening the mountain peaks around Innsbruck were covered with snow. This temperature drop made the race a real challenge for athletes and spectators. Unfortunately, the atmosphere around this race in this usually so scenic area of the Alps remained frosty mainly due to the weather.
