Feel inspired by Andi, spare carbs, use the BIEST BOOSTER and simply feel better during your race. By the way, it is as good to be taken during the training. Believe Andi and believe me, we are eating too many carbs and so we destroy our health on the longterm!

“How I use the BIEST BOOSTER in a 70.3 race: I usually take a BIEST BOOSTER or a half depending on the time I have to get out of bed. Another one I take 20-30 minutes before the race. Then again one on the bike around 10, 50 and 85km. The last one is for the run. And I take a spare one with me on the run, but normally I don´’t need it.
Full distance race: Same morning procedure. Every 90 -120min one BIEST BOOSTER on the bike, on the run every 45 minutes.
Generally speaking it is great to take a BIEST BOOSTER when you feel low and anticipate that the fatigue is about kicking in – but the earlier you feel the low coming the better. Because then you don´’t even get to the low point. So if you can estimate your weak points or decisive points of the race, take care of it beforehand.
