Kona 2012 – On the path of experimenting

Time is flying
Last Thursday we left from Frankfurt heading for San Francisco, the first leg on our way to Kona. It’s Biestmilch’s 10th appearance in Kona at the Ironman world championships.
By the skin of our teeth our team managed to get everything finalized for our Hawaii trip. Late at night before our departure we closed down our preps at home with the rehearsal of assembling our booth, a very special construction all hand-made. Next day we had only little time to collect our personal belongings for the 3 weeks journey. You can imagine how happy we have been to reach Frankfurt Airport in time and find some rest in the plane.

We enjoyed the amazing view on Greenland and treated ourselves with some red wine. Our tension increased again when landing at San Francisco Airport. It is always exciting to cross the US border, one never knows! We were extremely lucky, no problems at all. We have been waved through so politely, awesome!

Susann

Susann

Susann is the biest prototype and head of the team. She is Austrian, has studied medicine, meaning she is a medical doctor and the Biesters' alpha wolf. Susann continuously produces new ideas, is strong in making concepts and is practically always ON FIRE. Without her BIESTMILCH wouldn't be where and what it is today, and anyway - not possible.

We have drawn our MACCA-COME-BACK special Winner!
