Biestmilch starts an brand ambassador program

It all started with me taking the plunge into facebook. It took me quite a while to cross this Rubicon 😉 because I was actually afraid of the time it would consume, and it did 😉 … but for some good reason I have to admit today. This is now one and a half years ago, and slowly slowly a network has grown that is following me and my biestmilch philosophy and vision. Biestmilch is still very focused on my person. This is about to change now. We shall launch a biestmilch facebook fan page within days, and we shall start a brand ambassador program in the beginning of next year.

Thanks to Mark Hughes a facebook friend of mine this program – of which the idea had drowned in a drawer of mine a few years ago – experiences a revival now. We addressed to some of you guys out there already because you gave us the impression that you are biestmilch brand enthusiasts in somehow and would eventually be ready to join the program.

For those of you who are still vague about our idea and approach I want to outline the essential in brief here. From the beginning of our work with biestmilch in 2000 we wanted to do whatever we can to create a brand. 10 years have passed, and finally we reached this point where we dare to speak about the fact that a brand is emerging. Therefore a brand ambassador program to us seems to be justified now.

A brand ambassador (BA) program suits biestmilch well because it is a bottom-up concept that reflects our marketing which is rooted in the web 2.0 since 2006. Biestmilch is working with a small but loyal team of triathletes (one of our main marketing focuses), with a small but loyal team within the company, and a small but loyal group of freelancers. We see the group of brand ambassadors that is about to emerge as yet another integral part of our small and decentralized working company.

For us BAs are people with charisma, passion and authenticity and therefore endowed with the power of being persuasive. They are good communicators because they love to do so due to an inborn vision of life, and they have got a special life energy. BAs are gifted networkers with the potential to be role models for others. They are people others trust. These are exactly the values biestmilch, the company, the substance, the brand and the people behind stand for and live for.

We are currently working on the tools that will help the BA group as such and the rest of the gang 😉 to grow together. Biestmilch (the substance and the brand) has got the radiance I think that is able to connect us. But to stay connected we have to create a vivid network. For this reason we have to meet each other in person (the first meeting is already fixed), we have to implement procedures of know-how and experience transfer among us (in progress as well), and we have to produce nice to have things that carry the biestmilch philosophy into your community and make work easier for you in a way that they are little communicators too that are able to build up trust. This will be done in a physical way (like the tees, the biestmilch soap, print materials about of biestmilch’s various fields of administration etc.) and a digital one (fan page, apps and widgets etc.). Moreover we want to implement a special give-and-take system that is going to express biestmilch’s thank you to you. We shall work on this very important part of the program together with you during our first meeting in February 2010.

Susann

Susann is the biest prototype and head of the team. She is Austrian, has studied medicine, meaning she is a medical doctor and the Biesters' alpha wolf. Susann continuously produces new ideas, is strong in making concepts and is practically always ON FIRE. Without her BIESTMILCH wouldn't be where and what it is today, and anyway - not possible.
