On this weekend, June 5, 2011, Macca is racing Challenge Cairns. For some time this will be his last long-distance race before changing to the Olympic distance trying to qualify for the Olympic in London 2012.
During the last months he had to seriously change his run training, shorter training sessions, but high quality training, lots of track sessions to become faster and increase his cadence, and on top of this loose weight.
Back then before the world championships in Kona running was easy going, the rhythm slow, body weight not so critical compared to now. Enjoy the video with Macca, Ronnie and Terenzo, our marvellous biest boys.
