Yvonne van Vlerken and Siri Lindley: a plea in favor of an optimal body perception
vonsy-siri_3172Body perception is an athlete’s secret to success without long stretches of injuries and illnesses. But also in our everyday life it can very helpful, if we understand our body’s language.

The better you learn to adequately interpret the signs and signals of your body and mind, the better you will be able to anticipate upcoming critical conditions and tackle them early enough by counterbalancing before a snowballing effect brings you to a point of no return.

Siri Lindley, coach of champions, and Yvonne van Vlerken, successful professional triathlete, exchange their views on this topic. I think especially now at the end of a long season with hard work for many of you the words of these two special women gain an importance in its own right.

Susann

Susann is the biest prototype and head of the team. She is Austrian, has studied medicine, meaning she is a medical doctor and the Biesters' alpha wolf. Susann continuously produces new ideas, is strong in making concepts and is practically always ON FIRE. Without her BIESTMILCH wouldn't be where and what it is today, and anyway - not possible.
