Triathlon in the Middle East feels different

Challenge Dubai, 2015
After having spent several years in the Middle East in the 80ties I grab every chance to return back with curiosity to see the changes that took place since. The Middle East changes fast. When I was there, sports haven’t been a topic at all. Today you feel an atmosphere of departure.
To breathe the atmosphere of the triathlon in Dubai was very special and unexpected to me. The involved locals showed a passion that I miss in our countries. From an aesthetic point of view filming this race was simply thrilling. I loved it. I hope I can infect you with my virus and you attend this race in one of the coming years. The hospitality of the people was unbeatable.

PS: There was no BIEST athlete at starting line as Yvonne van Vlerken was injured at that time, that’s why I thought in the beginning: “What the heck am I going to shoot there“. Things turned out to be very different.

Susann

Susann

Susann is the biest prototype and head of the team. She is Austrian, has studied medicine, meaning she is a medical doctor and the Biesters' alpha wolf. Susann continuously produces new ideas, is strong in making concepts and is practically always ON FIRE. Without her BIESTMILCH wouldn't be where and what it is today, and anyway - not possible.

Talking about quality Biestmilch
