Playful innocence lost in happiness

Just having written some lines about happiness in my last post, this video which I shot in Kailua-Kona seems the perfect fit. Happiness is not a steady state, at least not in my opinion. For the modern restless rushing western world a state that became difficult to achieve for us humans.

Happiness is not something given, we have to do something for this awesome feeling. We can induce it by moving, by running, by getting into close reach of our own limits. With movements our mental state changes, we release substances which create the feeling of happiness. Of course, there are other means too to achieve this emotion as there are yoga, breathing techniques or the power of thoughts.
For animals like the dogs in this clip happiness seems to come easy. But do we really know? Those of you who have adog at home know how they can plunge into joy from one second to the other, but you also know that they can be depressed and sad. Anyway, they don’t seem that broken as we are. Or am I wrong, maybe I am.

Susann

Susann is the biest prototype and head of the team. She is Austrian, has studied medicine, meaning she is a medical doctor and the Biesters' alpha wolf. Susann continuously produces new ideas, is strong in making concepts and is practically always ON FIRE. Without her BIESTMILCH wouldn't be where and what it is today, and anyway - not possible.
