What is essential for racing? Pacing & Refueling, but how?
Biest athletes exchange their views on 2 hot topics

It doesn’t happen too often that we have four of our Biest Athletes at a time in one place. This year at IRONMAN Frankfurt this was the case. We grabbed this rare occasion and invited our major Biestmilch advocates for an exchange of their views about racing specific topics. All of them are taking Biestmilch already over many years, and learned to appreciate our product portfolio. Chris takes Biestmilch since 10 years, Sebastian since 5 years, Rinalds since 4 years and Andi is with 2 years our youngster, but not at all less convinced. Biestmilch laid and lays a solid foundation to their athletic build-up.
I didn’t want to talk with the guys about Biestmilch as it was not our intention to shoot a commercial for our product. But for a good reason I chose the two topics nutrition and pacing.
These are exactly the areas where Biestmilch is rooted and unfolds its action when it comes to using it in the race.
35 minutes of brilliant content are waiting for you, take your time and enjoy!

Susann

Susann

Susann is the biest prototype and head of the team. She is Austrian, has studied medicine, meaning she is a medical doctor and the Biesters' alpha wolf. Susann continuously produces new ideas, is strong in making concepts and is practically always ON FIRE. Without her BIESTMILCH wouldn't be where and what it is today, and anyway - not possible.
